A potential supplier is one which can insure a good technical fit for your business and long term sound organization. Finding one who meets your all objectives is not hard but it does take some work and investigation. A successful long term relationship needs to be built rather than focus only on the lowest quote. 1. Think about your objectives Is time to market a critical driver of success ? Are you replacing an existing product ? Does your new product require many new toolings ? Start with a list of objectives for searching your injection molding supplier. 2.
